Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive sourcing methods for approximately 30-50 requisitions at any given time
Develop a strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
Advise Hiring Managers on labor market information and trends and how the trends impact attracting talent for their business
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner and communicate with them
Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs
Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis
Recruit in adherence with regulations and procedures to ensure compliance
Provide relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as needed
Leverage the Applicant Tracking System and other technology in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner
Provide ad hoc reporting to the TA Manager and/or hiring managers based on request
Escalate any urgent matters to the proper party; TA Manager, hiring managers, other HR functions
Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or at least 7 years of relevant work experience as arecruiter (in lieu of degree);
Minimum 3 years' experience filling high-volume, hourly roles
Corporate recruiting or agency experience is preferred
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
Proven experience in using innovative and proactive sourcing methods
Documented success meeting weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
Strong communication and relationship building skills
High level of attention to detail and well organized
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related computer programs
