Lead KFAS team and assign daily tasks.
Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis.
React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.
Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the hotel and SPA.
Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building.
Adhere to all corporate core standards in execution of programming.
Ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment and toys.
Assist in handling guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Management well-informed of action and follow-up
Provide personalized service for all VIP’s and KFAS guests on a daily basis.
Participate fully in all departmental training as outlined by Management. Fill in any gaps in skills and knowledge.
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff.
Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services. Supervise on-floor operations and staff during shift.
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Process orders or transactions from customers and collect payment as necessary.
Previous experience in a luxury establishment; hospitality or dealing with Children is preferred.
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. •
To attend training and meetings as and when required.
To assist in maximising productivity for the Department.
